What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your dental insurance card, if applicable, a list of medications you are taking, and any previous dental records or X-rays, if available.
How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients should visit every six months for a cleaning and checkup. If you have gum disease, ongoing treatment, or specific dental concerns, Lumos may recommend more frequent visits.
Do you see dental emergencies?
Yes. The Lumos team does its best to see same-day urgent cases such as toothaches, broken teeth, and dental trauma. If you are experiencing an emergency, call right away.
What is included in a first visit?
A first visit usually includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a professional cleaning unless a more specialized treatment, such as scaling and root planing, is needed.
What payment options are available?
Lumos accepts cash, credit, debit cards, HSA/FSA, and most dental insurance.
